On Friday the 7th of October, St Annes Winery in Ravenswood hosted the Wellbeing on the Frontline (WoTF) event.
The event was the result of a partnership between Be.Bendigo and Bendigo Regional Manufacturing Group following a successful application to the Mental Wellbeing of Business Communities Grant Program established by the Department of Jobs Precincts and Regions in June 2022.
The funding included training through the Wellbeing Lab for those representing the partnership, access to associated wellbeing resources such as the PERMAH tool as well as the delivery of the event.
The event was targeted at frontline supervisors/managers in manufacturing and equipping them with strategies to maintain their own wellbeing in order to better service their teams.
Nicole Sweeney of Mandalay Resources along with Be.Bendigo’s Wellbeing Specialist David Juriansz facilitated the successful event.
Be.Bendigo are now expanding the resources into a training program, detail of this can be found on their website: https://bebendigo.com.au/business-wellbeing/
